01 / Above the waterline
Topsides, superstructure and decks
Everything the owner and their guests actually see. It is finished inside a sealed, filtered tent so that no dust, no insect and no shift in the weather ends up frozen into the coating.
Topside repaints
Full hull sides, from fairing through to the final coat.
Superstructure
Deckhouse, mast and radar arch, cut in around glass and hardware.
Boot top & cove line
The stripes that every eye follows. Set out by hand, taped, checked from the dock.
Spot repairs
Dock rash, crane marks and tender damage blended back into the existing finish.
The tent goes up before the first coat goes on.

02 / Below the waterline
The half nobody photographs
Underwater work is judged on fuel burn and haul-out intervals, not on reflections. It is also where shortcuts are cheapest to take and most expensive to discover.
- Antifouling, stripped back or overcoated

The order of work
Five stages, none of them skipped

Containment
Scaffold, sheeting and extraction. The yacht is sealed off from the yard before anything else happens.

Fairing
The surface is made flat, not just smooth. This is the stage that decides whether the finish holds a straight reflection.
- 03
Primer
High-build primer, then flatted back by hand until the guide coat is gone.
- 04
Masking
Lines set out and taped. Glass, hardware and non-skid protected.
- 05
Topcoat
Sprayed in controlled conditions, coat after coat, and checked under raking light before the tent comes down.
